B) telephone is best way to communicate to client because which is oral communication .better understanding .saving the time.

1) ‘communication is an interactive process’ briefly explain

Communication is interactive process because the process between two or more persons , agents , officers and so on.

Those persons share information to each other with the help of telephone , internet, letters and more .

Example: In the any company two or more employers share information to each other like one employer send the price to other employer and other send to forward

process is also feedback process like any employer con not understand price list who send message back to employers.

2) Verbal communication;

definition: verbal communication is only spoken and written communication .in this communication persons can’t use any sign , symbol .

verbal communication generally used letter ,telephone , internet and so on .

nonverbal communication: nonverbal communication is says something without written and spoken like, graphic , body movement ,posture and dress.

Some time which may be written and oral

Graphics communication: which represent ideas , relationship, visually with shapes, diagrams and lines like exit board , signals.

3) a)sender : sender means who send the idea , information and message to other and who is speaker.

b)receiver :receiver means who receive the ideas , information and message from sender.

c)message: message means ideas and information transferred to receiver from sender. and achieve understanding.

d) feedback: feedback means if sender send the message to receiver but receiver give the message to sender in positive or negative.
